We work hard to ensure that you receive your ordered products as quickly as possible. However, the estimated delivery date and time can vary based on the following factors:
The expected delivery date and time is partly dependent on the availability of our articles.
Ordered a pallet shipment? This can take longer than a regular box shipment.
The delivery address, country and postal code that you have selected can affect delivery time.
Items classified as dangerous goods can cause longer delivery times.
We will display your expected delivery date so you know when you can expect your order.
You can follow the journey of your order and stay-up-to-date with the latest estimated delivery date and time in the “shipping information” section of your personal account.
If the track and trace code is not displayed in your “shipping information” page, please send us a service request and one of our friendly ICS staff members will be happy to help.
When your order is dispatched from our warehouse we will send you a shipment confirmation via e-mail. You can then follow your order on the “shipping information” page of your personal account. The expected delivery date is displayed so you will know when you can expect your order.
You can select the transport mode of your order during the ordering process. The delivery method for your order will depend on the shipping destination. E.g. most parcels will be delivered by your local postal carrier.
Please refer to the shipping costs for your location to view the corresponding order and shipping costs for your order.
In case of partial deliveries, order and shipping costs on the total value of the order will only be charged on first part delivery.
Our fully automated ordering and packing system can only deliver via mail or by a carrier. Because of this process it unfortunately is not possible to pick up your order in person.
If you haven’t received all of your ordered items, please get in touch with us via a Manco request.
You can find the Manco form on our web shop. Please log in and go to 'My account'. Select 'Manco’s' and create a new Manco request.
